Privacy Policies 

This document (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policies”) describes the types of personal data that CATEDRAL ALTA PATAGONIA SA, owner and developer of CatedralApp (hereinafter, “CATEDRAL”) collects through the website https://www.catedralaltapatagonia.com/ and its mobile application, how we use your data, to whom we communicate it, and the rights and options we offer you regarding the use we make of your personal data and the exercise of data subjects' rights. We also describe the measures implemented to protect the security of the personal data collected and how users can contact us to learn about our privacy practices. The entity responsible for the processing of personal data is CATEDRAL ALTA PATAGONIA SA, with its registered office at Carlos Pellegrini 743 PB Office 4. You expressly, informedly, voluntarily, and unequivocally consent to the inclusion of all your personal data provided through CATEDRAL in the databases owned and responsibility of CATEDRAL, as well as to the processing of all your personal data for the purposes described in the following sections of this document and subject to the terms and conditions established therein. Furthermore, by using CATEDRAL, you accept and give your free, express, and informed consent to the terms of these Privacy Policies. Consequently, you must read these Privacy Policies carefully. BY ACCESSING, CONNECTING TO, OR USING CATEDRAL IN ANY WAY, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AGREE, AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE PRIVACY POLICIES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY, YOU SHOULD NOT USE CATEDRAL. 

COLLECTED DATA

Through CATEDRAL, we collect certain data, including personal data. Personal information is information that can identify you. For CATEDRAL, your privacy and the security of your information are very important. Therefore, we will only request the strictly necessary data so that you can use the services that CATEDRAL offers you. To this end, CATEDRAL may request and process the data listed below, without this list being exhaustive: Contact data such as name, surname, and email address. This information is required at the time of user login, which can be done through Apple, Google, or Microsoft. We collect such data at the time of your registration, and we also collect personal information about you when you provide information directly to us or when you interact with us through CATEDRAL. Additionally, you are informed that the data referred to in this paragraph are mandatory to ensure the correct identification process and that as the data owner, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, and deletion of your data at any time and upon your sole request. Furthermore, CATEDRAL may collect other information through external providers. This is the case for Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. The information they collect is not linked to the user, but to the device. The privacy policy of these providers can be validated at the following URL: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy/dpo  CATEDRAL accesses the user's location only locally. This information is only provided from the device and only when the user shares location with others. This functionality may be modified in the future, informing the user and requiring their consent. CATEDRAL may collect information about the devices on which the application is installed, such as those related to the mobile operator, brand, model, and operating system of the device, geolocation, and may monitor traffic, views, interactions, and any other activity in the application (these data could be collected through the use of cookies, web beacons, pixels, canvas fingerprinting, and/or similar). You will be solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, validity, authenticity, and certainty of the information provided, and must notify CATEDRAL of any update or modification that corresponds immediately. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CATEDRAL may verify the personal data and/or information provided - by itself or through third parties - by resorting to public entities, specialized companies, or risk centers, among others, which you expressly consent to. In the event of not providing the personal data that are mandatory for the registration and use of the services, detecting falsehood and/or inaccuracy in the personal data provided, CATEDRAL may suspend and/or cancel the user and/or disable total or partial access to the CATEDRAL application and/or its services. The foregoing shall not prevent CATEDRAL from reporting such falsehoods and/or inaccuracies to third parties and/or competent authorities. 

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The data we collect can be used for the following purposes: to provide the services of CATEDRAL and other third parties offering services in the CATEDRAL application; to allow you access to the application and its functionalities; to communicate with you; to send you promotional materials and other communications; to respond to your inquiries; to customize the preferences and visits to CATEDRAL of our users and to offer content adapted to their interests and the way they navigate and interact with CATEDRAL; to operate, evaluate, and improve our products and services; to collect supporting documentation and other data that justify any type of operation or transaction. In the event that we are going to use your personal data in a different way than described above, we will specifically inform you at the time of collection. Also, through CATEDRAL, we may also use third-party analytical services. The web analytics service providers that manage these services use technologies such as cookies, network server logs, and web beacons that help us analyze how users use CATEDRAL. The information collected by these means (including the IP address) may be made known to the providers of such analytical services, as well as to other third parties who are going to make use of the information collected for, among other purposes, evaluating the use of CATEDRAL. Finally, CATEDRAL may hire massive data analysis solutions - known as “analytic solutions”- provided by third parties, which could process data collected through the application or CATEDRAL site such as regarding the screens visited, interaction patterns (such as screen actions, gestures: clicks, scrolling, etc.) and details of the device used to access the application or CATEDRAL site (type, version, model, operating system). This type of solutions does not process or collect personal data that allow identifying the individual movements of each user and does not track their browsing habits in the applications so that their processing will not be covered by the Personal Data Protection Law No 25.326. 

INFORMATION WE SHARE

The personal data we collect through CATEDRAL may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with what is described in these Privacy Policies. The personal data collected through CATEDRAL may be communicated for the fulfillment of the purposes previously described to our affiliates and associated entities, branches, agencies, representations, controlling companies, subsidiaries, controlled entities, linked entities, and any natural or legal person that could be related to CATEDRAL and/or with which CATEDRAL has a commercial link to provide services, such as our strategic partners in relation to certain products we offer you. We will also communicate such personal data to service providers that provide services on our behalf in accordance with our instructions and for the purposes detailed in these Privacy Policies, such as our hosting service providers, cloud storage, call-center, and others. We do not authorize these service providers to disclose or divulge your personal data except for those uses that are strictly necessary for the provision of services on our behalf, or to comply with legal obligations. CATEDRAL understands the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of all data that may be collected and respects the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326 applicable to them. Thus, it is made known that CATEDRAL and those involved in any phase of the processing of personal data are bound by professional secrecy regarding them and that CATEDRAL signs confidentiality agreements and implements policies and processes to ensure the secrecy of the personal data it processes. Likewise, we may disclose your personal data (i) if we are required to do so by applicable regulations (including but not limited to the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (“BCRA”), the Financial Information Unit (“UIF”), the Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP), the National Administration of Social Security (ANSES), among others); (ii) in the context of a judicial process or in compliance with a requirement of a competent authority, (iii) to security forces or other public officials when legitimately requested, (iv) when we consider that such disclosure is necessary or convenient to prevent physical harm or financial losses, or (v) in the context of an investigation of fraudulent or illegal activities, or those presumed to be fraudulent or illegal. Finally, you authorize us to transfer your personal data in the event of a sale or transmission of all or part of our business or our assets (including in cases of restructuring, dissolution, or liquidation). Regarding the information that could be provided for the purposes of the Debtor's Central maintained by the BCRA, it is made known that within 10 consecutive days of the request, the last classification assigned to you must be communicated, along with the reasons that justify it according to the evaluation carried out by the entity, the total amount of debts with the financial system, and the assigned classifications that arise from the last information available in the “Central de deudores del sistema financiero”. DATA TRANSFERS

You understand and consent that your personal data collected through CATEDRAL may be transferred for the purposes detailed above and to the subjects listed before, which may involve international data transfers to jurisdictions that may not have the same data protection regulations as those in Argentina and/or may not provide adequate levels of protection under local legislation. When we transfer your personal data to other countries, we will protect them in the manner described in this document and in accordance with applicable law. Consequently, we inform you that whenever required by applicable regulation, we have implemented safeguards that guarantee an adequate level of data protection in terms of the law and the provisions of the Public Information Access Agency. 

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The collected data will be kept in strict confidentiality. CATEDRAL will only use such data as long as your relationship with CATEDRAL is active and its use is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes detailed above. CATEDRAL complies with all personal data protection regulations, particularly with Law No. 25.326 and its supplementary norms (hereinafter, the "Personal Data Protection Regulations"). In this sense, all your data will be stored in a database owned by CATEDRAL, which is registered in the National Registry of Personal Data Protection. To ensure the security of the personal data you provide to CATEDRAL, the same criteria and degree of diligence that CATEDRAL applies to safeguard its own information will be applied. Specifically, we maintain administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect the personal data you provide us against destruction, loss, alteration, access, communication, or accidental, illegal, or unauthorized use. Thus, to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of the personal data you provide us, CATEDRAL has implemented certain physical, electronic, administrative, and security procedures to safeguard and secure the personal data we collect online. We protect your personal data according to established security standards and procedures and continuously evaluate new technology for protecting that information. CATEDRAL guarantees that the internal processes of the databases comply with the legal obligations of security and confidentiality imposed by the Personal Data Protection Regulations. However, you acknowledge that the existing technical means providing security are not impregnable, and that even when all reasonable security precautions are taken, it is possible to suffer manipulation, destruction, and/or loss of information. Finally, if you believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you believe that the security of an account you have with us has been compromised), notify us immediately of the problem using the communication channels in the "Contact Information" section. 

USER RIGHTS AND CHOICES 

CATEDRAL assumes the truthfulness of all the information provided by you. Consequently, CATEDRAL does not verify, nor does it assume the obligation to verify, the truthfulness, validity, sufficiency, and authenticity of the data you provide. You assume the responsibility to keep such information updated at all times. You may access, modify, rectify, delete, and update your personal data whenever you wish, by contacting us as established in the following sections. You may access the information you provided to CATEDRAL for free at intervals not less than six months, unless you prove a legitimate interest to the effect, as provided in the Personal Data Protection Regulations. If the data is incorrect, you wish to update and/or rectify and/or delete it, we will update, correct, and/or delete that information at your request at no cost. To exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, or deletion, as provided in the Personal Data Protection Regulations, you must send an email to: info@catedralaltapatagonia.com indicating which right you want to exercise and complying with the identity verification process that CATEDRAL will indicate for that purpose. The information provided by you will be stored as long as the relationship with CATEDRAL is active, and for a period of 10 (ten) years thereafter and/or for the additional period required by applicable legislation for accounting and/or legal purposes. The Public Information Access Agency, the controlling body of Law No. 25.326, has the authority to attend to complaints and claims filed in relation to the non-compliance with personal data protection norms. 

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES 

CATEDRAL may contain links to other websites for your convenience and information. These websites may be operated by companies that are not affiliated with us. Typically, linked websites have their own privacy policies or notices, which we recommend you read if you visit any such linked websites. We assume no responsibility for the content of websites other than our own, nor for the use of such websites, or for their privacy practices. 

UPDATES TO THESE PRIVACY POLICIES 

CATEDRAL reserves the right to make modifications or updates to these Privacy Policies at any time without prior notice, to reflect changes in our personal data practices, as required by the Personal Data Protection Regulations. In the case of substantial changes, CATEDRAL may modify the Privacy Policies at any time by notifying the User in advance of the changes via email and/or push notification in the App and by posting an updated version of these Privacy Policies on the website https://catedralaltapatagonia.com with an indication of the date of the last modification. Any modification to these Privacy Policy clauses will take effect on the date indicated in the notification. Within 10 (ten) consecutive days following the notification of the introduced modifications, the User may communicate by email if they do not accept them; in that case, the contractual link will be dissolved. After this period, it will be considered that the User accepts the new Privacy Policy Terms and the contract will continue to bind both parties. From the moment of its publication through CATEDRAL, your interaction with us after the introduction of these modifications will mean that you accept such modifications.
